Our schedule is based on appointments only. We make every effort to adhere to this schedule. However, emergencies arise and sometimes a patient needs more attention than we predicted. If you must wait past your scheduled time please be assured that the Provider will also give you the time you need. If you would prefer not to wait, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Please call the office as early as possible if you think you need to be seen the same day. If our schedule is full we will try to accommodate more seriously ill patients. While we do accept "walk in" patients, those who have appointments will be seen first so it is always best to call the office before coming.

To avoid delays, first time patients may download these online forms before your visit.

If the staff is helping other patients your telephone calls will be answered by voice mail. The answering service number is (770) 985-7831 (do not use this number unless the voice mail states we are closed.) If you would like the doctor on call to reach you, leave the phone line free and remove call block. If you have a serious life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Calls for routine prescription refills may take 24 hours to be called in. Please have your pharmacy fax a request to (770) 925-1665. It is, however, always best to have an office visit whenever possible. This is in the interest of your best medical care. Please make every effor to ask for your routine refills during your office visits and bring your medicines with you. Antibiotic and narcotic prescription refills do require an office visit.

Medication prior authorizations may take up to one month for insurance approval. We will make every effort to speed this process, but it is usually outside of our control.

On call physicians will not take any calls for prescription refills at night or on weekends. If you require a written prescription (for mail order Rx services, etc.) please ask for these during a scheduled appointment.
