Directions to Rockbridge Road Office

• Take the US-78 E exit 39B to Snellville/Athens and continue for about 8 miles.
• Take the W Park Pl Blvd exit 9.
• Turn left at W Park Pl Blvd SW.
• Turn left at Rockbridge Rd SW and continue for about 1.6 miles.
• The office will be on your right, just after Old Tucker Road and the Kroger shopping center.

• Take the Jimmy Carter Blvd/GA-140 W exit 99.
• Turn right at Jimmy Carter Blvd NW. and continue for about 1.4 miles.
• Turn left on Rockbridge Road and continue through residential area for about 5.5 miles.
• Rockbridge Family Medicine will be on the left, just before Old Tucker Road and the Kroger shopping center.

• From Scenic Highway, take Stone Mountain Hwy SW towards Atlanta for about 4.6 miles.
• Take the Rockbridge Rd exit 9 to Park Pl Blvd, and continue for about 2 miles.
• After crossing Five Firks Trickem Rd., the office will be on your right, across from the Kroger shopping center.

• Take the Jimmy Carter Blvd/GA-140 W exit 99.
• Turn left at Jimmy Carter Blvd NW. and continue for about 1.4 miles.
• Turn left on Rockbridge Road and continue through residential area for about 5.5 miles.
• Rockbridge Family Medicine will be on the left, just before Old Tucker Road and the Kroger shopping center.

• Exit 39B Stone Mountain Freeway, Hwy 78 East towards Stone Mountain and Athens Approximately 16 miles to intersection of Hwy 124 and Hwy 78
  
• Left onto Hwy 124 North
• Left turn at third traffic signal onto Ronald Reagan Parkway
• Right second traffic signal onto Presidential Circle
• First left turn onto Medical Way.
• First right onto Tree Lane Road.
• We are located in the first building on the left.

• Hwy 78 West towards Snellville
• Right onto Hwy 124 North
• Left turn at third traffic signal onto Ronald Reagan Parkway
• Right second traffic signal onto Presidential Circle
• First left turn onto Medical Way.
• First right onto Tree Lane Road.

• I-85 South to Exit 104, Pleasant Hill Road (outside I-285 perimeter)
